refactor(other): adapt cypress config to cypress-cucumber-preprocessor update #8043

Updating the Cypress testing dependency @badeball/cypress-cucumber-preprocessor required a little Cypress reconfiguration (see @badeball/cypress-cucumber-preprocessor release notes).

This reconfiguration fixes the failing of #8019.

Issues
