Building the Vuepress docs throws these errors:

@vuepress/plugin-seo:  ✖ Option hostname is required!
vuepress-theme-hope:  ✖ You are not allowed to use plugin "@vuepress/plugin-redirect" yourself in vuepress config file. Set "plugins.redirect" in theme options to customize it.

[X] set hostname in SEO plugin config
[x] move redirect plugin config to theme config
