Creates single output datasets from multi output datasets using a configurable allocation algorithm depending on the chosen SystemModel.

This includes updating mass balances for carbon for the allocated single output datasets. The system-wide mass balance is kept through a dedicated allocation correction for carbon dataset.

@ecoinvent Is it true that we don't need the carbon balancing for cutoff (only for APOS)? @cmutel True

Being addressed in branch cutoff_allocation.
