Describe the bug Loading a BB ECC and clicking Reload causes a bad block to be detected at 0x1

To Reproduce Create any BB ECC and click Reload

Expected behavior Nothing should be reported bad

Additional context Began due to initialization of ECC being allowed in V3.3.0(?)

Note: The bad block is not really there. But JR thinks it is.
