replaces #17

removes unsupported Ruby versions
adds missing capybara dependency due to reusing require "require "middleman-core/step_definitions" in env.rb

(CI is green now!)

Thanks for the work on this @defeated and @kylewlacy. I just merged it to master and will bump the version and push a new gem now.
