Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The gallery navigation arrows are always displayed over images. The back arrow is even shown when there is only one image in a 'gallery' and it obscures whatever is behind it. Especially annoying when the image contains text (as in this example, where entry 10 is completely obscured) so you can't read what's behind it without zooming and panning around the arrow.
Describe the solution you'd like
An option to disable the arrow overlays (since it's possible to swipe through galleries anyway).
Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively, moving the arrows to the bottom of the screen under the gallery, or having the arrows fade out after a period of inactivity.
