Binderise #15

Make a MyBinder demo for kolibril13/jupyter-splitview.

I'm guessing this should also work in JupyterLite, which would take load off the MyBinder service, but I haven't had a chance to try it in that environment yet.

The binder version works perfectly, and it would be fantastic as well to have a Jupyter light version to try out. In case that you have some more spare minutes, would you maybe be interested to set up a JupyterLite implementation using this widget?
