New tab names for permissions #708

The js code can not retrieve input & select values as per usergroup tabs have new IDs.

A fix with the correct tab name to let hte js code retrieve values and fill the data array to encode.

Hey @sebastienheraud ,

Actually, the permissions info for a content type can not be retrieved by the js code and so changes are not stored.

Hi @olivier-nolbert, Thanks. Not sure about the 2nd comment, it seemed OK after a quick test. Feel free to create another issue if needed after testing with upcoming 4.0.6 Sebastien

@sebastienheraud Updating from 3.X to 4.X there are errors and no permission info is retrieved. I think this is what he meant.
