Updated double quotes to single quotes - Affects Joomla 3.x.x and Seblod 3.27.1 #794

@sebastienheraud Please refer to this Pull request.

It severly impacts the usage of Seblod when using tags. Impacts the Tabs and ability to save tags.

Hi @raramuridesign,

On Joomla! 3 / SEBLOD 3, we haven't seen this issue yet but a fix was already applied on the Joomla! 4 / SEBLOD 4 branch. Would you please have a try with https://github.com/Octopoos/SEBLOD/commit/d418c5b8da88eaaaaad4f8e68bf51fe8ecb2bcd7 to let us know if we could merge it to the SEBLOD 3 branch.
