Static options for Select Dynamic #797

Hi The situation: I've changed field type from Select Simple to Select Dynamic and didn't clean options for Select Simple before. It works well in form, but I have additional options in Content view. I have options from Simple and from Dynamic both. It would be a feature, but it works for content view only. Why do we work with $field->options? DB field options isn't used for Select Dynamic. It does matter after I changed type of Select Simple field to Select Dynamic. In next rows you find Optgroups... Why is it in PrepareContent? Please fix it for version 4 also.
