As a registered member, I would like to track Application for membership state so that I can know if there are any problems.

**The Application state can be: in progress, once the user is logged in. rejected, once rejected by RMS. approved underpayment paid under registration

Note: The application can only be modified if the status of the request is from one of the following: Rejected or established

Note: A payment notification can only be sent if the application status is approved underpayment

Done but the written note is not feasible.
