Password entered when downloading certificate is incorrect on downloaded certificate #4051

To reproduce:

  1. Upload certificate into Octopus
  2. Select Download from the overflow menu
  3. Select PFX as format (not original)
  4. Enter password
  5. Attempt to import downloaded certificate into Windows Certificate Manager, entering password when requested

Expected: Certificate should be imported Actual: Password is incorrect

Work-around: Entering no password allows the certificate to be exported and imported
