Autodeploy logging errors in LifecycleEvaluator.NotifyDeploymentSucceeded #4240

This happened on hub.

Encountered an error processing event Events-37244. 
February 5th 2018 11:25:35Verbose
Object reference not set to an instance of an object. System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
