Scoped EventView permission impacts audit viewing experience #5308

The UI introduction of short overflow actions linking to Audit Trails across the application did not correctly factor in scope checking, leaving the overflow links not visible to users who have EventView and have it scoped on any dimension (Project, ProjectGroup, Tenant, Environment)

You do not have permission to perform this action. Please contact your Octopus administrator. Missing permission: EventView The EventView permission is required to view the audit log
