Project Status Bar disappears after closing Guided Setup dialog

I could reproduce the problem in the latest build

What happened?

When the user closes the guided setup dialog, the Project Status Bar should be visible on the Project pages, but it is not.

Reproduction

• Create new project in a Space that doesn't have any Environments, indicating intention to use k8s and yaml
• On the Add Environments screen of Guided Setup, close the dialog by clicking the X button in the top right corner
• Project Status bar will be visible. Now, refresh the page. Guided setup will resume, on the Environments step
• Close the dialog again. Project Status Bar is now gone
