Include new vocabularies #1

Include the following vocabularies in the EOKG:

[x] Dravnieks Odor Atlas (to buy even if a version of it exists on our google drive, see PDF and text descriptors)
[x] Perfume taxonomy with chemical information such as Flavornet
[ ] Early modern taxonomy by Sir John Floyer, which needs some curation before we can use it. The raw version is at https://quod.lib.umich.edu/e/eebo2/A84654.0001.001?view=toc
[ ] Materials reference database of the Art and Olfaction Institute. Rich list of odorants with scent families and scent description
[x] German VDI 3882 standard for the Hedonic tone of a smell (see Part 1, Part 2 and spreadsheet to ease the SKOS generation)
[x] Dutch Historical Smell dictionary (DHSV) from Inger. See the spreadsheet and the explainer

Regarding Flavornet, is this not done already with https://github.com/Odeuropa/vocabularies/blob/main/vocabularies/flavornet.ttl?

Including the Dravnieks Odor Atlas is now a priority. We played with this PDF and this is not easy to extract the data (save as Word, save as Excel, OCR). Cecilia will aim to find a better format from her network.

We should try to have:

the definition of the 146 descriptors potentially interlinked with other vocabularies (including odor wheels)
the description of the 160 odor (ideally interlinked with Wikidata and other chemical databases available as Linked Data) with the mean values for each of the 146 descriptors using the attribute assignment. These smells are 144 odorant chemicals; 15 mixtures and 1 solvent.

These 146 descriptors enable to represent the quality of an odor

We further discussed the integration of Dravnieks during the Ljubljana meeting.

Regarding Dravnieks, see https://github.com/Odeuropa/vocabularies/issues/1#issuecomment-1223963827 Regarding Flavornet, we didn't convert the CAS number which is important as this is the bridge with Dravnieks. We should finally have a look at FlavorDB.

The key integration between these vocabularies is this slide.

Dravnieks included in d0c2572536b1d421f35484bf1e3f25b18f848fb6

The CAS number of Dravnieks and Flavornet has been added under the wdt:P231 property, and both have been interlinked with WikiData
