Cannot Equip Follower's Items #19

I have tried to change the items equipped by my NPC Followers but the trigger buttons will move the item to my inventory and equip it for my character, not the NPC. I believe this was working properly with the vanilla UI. All the buttons on the Rift controllers just transfer between the NPC and Character.

There is no key in the UI that allows you to equip a specific item on an NPC. The “equip” action means to “transfer item to player inventory and equip it on player”. The game has always worked this way as far as I know.
