Update multilingual flatpages to integrate changes from current Django trunk.

I wrote a patch that integrates all changes from the current Django trunk
(r10370) into dm flatpages. This includes some fixes an also closes #94. It
also fixes urls.py which was broken (but i think it isn't used much
anyway). I did some tweaking to make future diffing, patching and
integration easier. I also removed the default template to be consistent
with django trunk which also has no default template for reasonable reasons.

Applied the patch, but we decided to keep the default template for now - no 
need to
break things for the 1.0 people.
