checkbox plugin & two state mode problem #888

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I use checkbox plugin and two state mode with real checkboxes names and if I 
checked root node and don't collapse tree in my script realy sends one root 
node which was marked, but if tree(root node) collapsed in my script sends all 
tree nodes(but checked only one node).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want send only checked nodes through real checkboxes names.

What version of the product are you using? On what browser?
jsTree 1.0-rc3 Chrome 9
