IE8 IE9 Shows custom Icon instead of type icon - works fine in other browsers

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.declare type of icons
2.delcare in li type icon
3.open IE8 or IE9 explorer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See The icons declare in li type. Instead i see the custom icons

What version of the product are you using? On what browser?
jsTree 1.0-rc3, IE8 or IE9

Please provide any additional information below.
I tried to put those settings in the CSS file with no success

IE.jpg - bad result
