Any leaf node when collapsed and expanded back copies the root node under itself in the view #997

I'm using the types plugin of jstree to support various types of nodes some of 
which can have children of a certain type while some can't have children. I've 
configured accordingly and it works fine. But when I try to collapse and then 
re-expand a leaf node, the whole root node gets copied below the leaf node. I'm 
attaching a sample which describes by problem. Just collapse and re-expand the 
node named 'hjhj' in the sample file tree.html present inside the example 
archive.

Uploading file again as some images and css got left out because of which the 
earlier example page doesn't show any images and/or style.
