Admin grupps not removed #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.After adding a new group of administrators through the admin panel, created 
by a group can not be removed. Remove group is possible only through the 
database.
2.GlobalBan version 3.4.1 r129, OS FreeBSD 7.2
3.none
