Problem with update GlobalBan.cfg #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.After changing the settings in the web panel, the settings are updated on the 
server, but in GlobalBan.cfg field websiteAddy twice added "http://":

websiteAddy = "http://http://mybanlist.com/"

Therefore, one must turn off the server and manually edit the site address 
GlobalBan.
2.GlobalBan version 3.4.1 r129; OS for web GB: FreeBSD 7.2; GameServer OS: 
Windows 2003 RC2 x64; Game: CS:Source OB; ES 2.0.248c.
3.none

Look like more a problem on your hosting server local config (Apache / PHP / 
DNS).

Coult you give us more information or test?
