Issue 21 not solved !

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I click on "Server list" tab 
(/banned/index.php?page=serverList&lg=French)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

See attachement and/or issue 21

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Globalban 3.4.1 r150 on Debian 5

Code was correct! Fix works! But why you give revision a bad point. If you have 
problems with your Webserver! Now your Serverslist show up

Hi,
this causes errors displayed on the attached screenshot if some servers in the 
list are offline !

fix 21 was only fixed that the serverlist after Valve update not shown the 
server and thats is fixed
