Transferred claims show as spent #118

Not sure if this was because of some abandoned claim clean ups we did, but @OpenSourceGames claims were showing as Spent in chainquery. These were transferred to a new claim address at some point and then re-signed.

These were processed before I updated chainquery but after the protobuf was changed again.
