[x] Dragging offset problem, especially when scrolling is involved. Not sure if there is a solution.

[ ] Annoying react-beautiful-dnd warning about nested containers. I don't think there's nested containers, though.
[ ] Draggable icon could be better (maybe use 6 dots like in Gmail)

[x] Excluded categories (like News, and in the future, Wild West) isn't excluded in the dialog.
