Don't hide "Support" button on own playlists

Someone asked about LBC supporting playlist, and happened to notice that Support-button is missing on own playlist for some reason.

We can add it, but not sure it actually helps with anything to boost a playlist?

Think it can affect placement in search results. User had problems with playlist missing from results, but they already fixed it by updating the bid amount. (Not completely sure if that really was the case.)
