Create playlists for documents and other types #960

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. From the Odysee interface it is only possible to create playlists for videos and audio files. It should be possible to create playlists of other types such as documents, markdown posts, and even channels.

Describe the solution you'd like The "Save +" button should appear for documents as well.

Additional context This was sort of requested in the past. In general it should be possible to handle all types of claims in a playlist, including non-playable claims, https://github.com/lbryio/lbry-desktop/issues/6212

There's also a similar issue filed on desktop app. What's try here is how to handle mixed content + autoplay next.
