upgraded/refactored for new ansible version min. 2.10 #67

i upgraded the role itself and its metafile, also the travis, docker and vagrant testing stuff. vagrant still throws errors w/ the box:name - could not find the issue. is there another refactoring needed?

This is a bit to cutting edge for me, but we can keep it in a separate branch.

We are still using 16.04 and 2.9.*, so I'm not willing the drop that

16.04... you this Version will get soon in to ESM-Support?

What do you think leav thins PR open, and if you are ready to merge, just merge and if ppl want to use the new stuff they just can you my fork?
