Looks like it works for Ubuntu Xenial (I'm running my playbook now but have to go; I'll check out later how the full playbook goes but as far I saw it installed dependencies without issue). For Bionic looks like there's no other repository than cran35 so I guess it doesn't work with the old key either (am I right?).
