Modulator combinations, multiply #2

Currently modulators are added (mixed) in the mediator/MIDIator. Propose to add the option of multiplying the two modulators (switch between add/mult), to enable more sophisticated dependencies between features.

used variation of abs diff instead, not the same, but provides relations between modulators

On second thought. We might need multiply, so re-opening issue
