IPLboot screen never goes away #11

When i start my GC, the screen stays on the IPLboot screen. It says it has detected an IPL but it won't boot. My setup: Raspberry pi pico with picoboot SD2SP2 with cubeboot.dol renamed to IPL.dol Swiss.dol renamed to boot.dol

Can you add anymore details? Does it show "NO DISC" in the IPL menu?

I just booted up my gamecube to send you a picture of my IPL screen, but now my screen just stays black and I never get an IPL menu. So I tried booting cubeboot.dol from swiss and it worked perfectly. It just won't work when it's renamed to IPL.dol. When I saw the IPL menu previously it didn't say anything about NO DISC.
