Docs are missing contract addresses for Stylus on Arbitrum Sepolia #1543

The tables containing the token bridge smart contracts and protocol smart contract in Stylus testnet information are missing the contract addresses for Arbitrum Sepolia.

Stylus testnet v1 and v2 are both deprecated, so the tables should only contain addresses for Arbitrum Sepolia.
