Update "Deploy a DAS" page and rearrange DAC subsection #1585

This PR updates the information available in the "How to deploy a DAS" and "How to deploy a mirror DAS" pages, including information about the latest changes in the datool, notably the deprecation of the local-db-storage option and the removal of the ipfs storage option

This PR also rearranges the whole DAC subsection, placing it in the "Run an Orbit chain" section and leaving a link in the location where it previously was in the "Run a node" section.
