This PR improves the "Write Stylus Contracts" section by introducing user-friendly table of contents using card layouts with icons. The cards now allow users to navigate the various topics related to Stylus contracts more easily.
Also a new overview page has been created for the "CLI tools (cargo-stylus)" section. This overview page serves as a landing page, providing an introduction and summary of the available CLI tools for Stylus. This page helps users better understand the tools available and serves as a centralized entry point for exploring the CLI tools category.
Confirmed that all links are working correctly and that the site builds without errors.
