USABILITY TEST:

[ ] General site navigation
[ ] Side navigation
[ ] Anchor links for "on this page" navigation that is decoupled from side navigation
[ ] Mobile first tasks for user studies.
[ ] Understand of content (tbd)

For Beta production release: Need to make sure our content reflects the recommendation to decouple anchor links (on page content nav) from separate page navigation

11/17-11/18: UX Team shareout of proposed "Side nav" and "On this page" designs

Reviewed and approved: -- Both proposed designs -- Prototypes for #827 Usability testing and as a live example for the #587 Side nav component multi-level list --- Will create new GitHub issue to develop this in another environment
Content updates about design and usage will be made for -- #587 "Side nav component" -- #831 "On this page" component
Will create new GitHub issues to design and develop mobile view

Now that we have Usertesting we can move forward with the usability tests. I plan on launching the test on 2/14. with 10 participants, 5 from the User testing people, and 5 from the DWSN community.
