Maybe this document is used to generate content somewhere else (like the Azure docs are), but assuming they're not I took a stab at making the repo README a little prettier. I don't do this often, so let me know if I didn't do something correctly and I'll fix it. Alternately, if this change isn't wanted, you won't hurt my feelings. :-)
I didn't validate the actual steps outlined since I don't have access to all the technologies listed, so I was only able to clean up sentence structure, Markdown syntax, and the like.
