What's in this Pull Request?

Update signature sample to reflect GA of unified manifest:

  1. Changes the names of scripts in the package.json to make the unified manifest the normal case and make the xml manifest the special case that requires specially named scripts.
  2. Updates the Readme to reflect 1 and to remove verbiage that says the unified manifest is in preview.
