Move to FluentUI v8 #71

This PR switches out the deprecated office-ui-fabric-react for @fluentui/react v8.

This PR still uses office-ui-fabric-core for styling. (Albeit a bumped version) Do we want to migrate everything to CSS-in-JS and use Text components as well?

@zoulou00 We don't have a specific date yet, but at least this month (July), will probably have this released.
