Add support for the RemoveMSI Xml tag #326

Can you explain why development has stopped? These scripts are very useful.

After the RemoveMSI was added and the config.office.com was released – unfortunately, this development has stopped.

I used the deployment scripts at many customers and sadly now we can’t use it anymore…
