Loading blocked by failures with other queries - P4W #19

Hi, I'm getting "Loading blocked by failures with other queries." on each table when trying to load the latest Project for the Web pbit. image

I created a new environment but get the same errors.

I also get these same errors.

The failures appear to be:

Roadmap: the key didn't match any rows in table. Roadmap Item: the key didn't match any rows in table. Roadmap key dates: the key didn't match any rows in table.

Tried using both PSA (failed with different errors). and PO Server version: 9.2.21102.00143 Client version: 1.4.3458-2110.2 Project Operations: 4.25.0.91 Project Operations for resource/non-stocked scenarios

If anyone else has installed project in a new environment, and is getting this, the reason is that the Roadmaps tables only exist in the default environment.

The workaround is:

  1. Open template in PowerBI Desktop, and enter URL for PfW environment (as usual).
  2. Cancel data refresh (this will only error anyway).
  3. From the top ribbon, select Transform Data.
  4. In the PowerQuery editor, select Manage Parameters > New
    • Name: Roadmaps URL
    • Type: Text
    • Current value: Paste in the URL for the Default environment (from Power Platform Admin Center)
  5. Go to each of the Roadmaps queries in turn:
    • Click Advanced Editor on the toolbar
    • Replace #"Dataverse URL" in the first line with #"Roadmaps URL"
  6. If any of the queries still show a yellow warning triangle and/or a warning message that refresh was cancelled:
    • Go back to the query and click "Retry" in the main pane
    • Wait for the preview data to be loaded

There is an open suggestion to allow the deployment of Roadmaps in a different environment:
