Appointment attachment update not being send in notificacion email #222

When an appointment is updated with new attachments, the attachments are update in exchange but the notification email has not being updated. It has the old ones.

Check line 274 of /Core/ServiceObjects/Items/Item.cs

¿Maybe the attachments has to be saved before the meeting is updated?
