account is locked... but it isn't #226

My program used to work with Office 365, as of Recent it states:

When using auto discovery:
- This account is locked. Visit https://outlook.office365.com/owa/XXXX to unlock it. (However when I go to that URL it works and opens my mailbox.)
When connecting directly to the EWS/Exchange.asmx:
- The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

Can you show piece of code how you connect? Is your user able to connect by the URL https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx and see content of the page?
