We're still blocked by v9's Dialog component (status was in development as of this PR), so this won't include the flow that facilitates end-users hiding/showing Dashboard items.
As for other implementation tasks in the designs, this does not include any features that don't already have parity in react-teams, e.g. drag and drop placement, map chart card content, table card content.
