This happens when the API permissions are not approved in Sharepoint admin center as per deployment guide. Please check this question under the FAQ section in the Wiki. And please note that we have released a new version 2.3 few weeks back. You may consider upgrading the app for latest features. You can check the "Release Notes" and Upgrade sections in the wiki for more details. Please let us know if you need more information. Thanks.

When we try to access the Leaderboard option within the Champion Management Platform app, we get the following error.
This problem is intermittent, and it is difficult to predict when it will occur.
We do have other functional queries too .
