Just to add to this, I checked the SharePoint site that was created for the app and the admin account is currently the only account added to the site. I'm wondering if this is why the app is loading for the other accounts?
Hi @jordanjaafp,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Other users also need to be given access to the Sharepoint site. Please try adding the users under the "Members" group and check.
Thanks.
Hi @v-saikirang,
Yes I did do this yesterday and can confirm that once added to the site from SharePoint admin, they can access the app. I just was under the impression that once they have been added to the Champion List via the app, they would automatically be added to the site. Is this not the functionality? Thank you for the quick reply.
Hi all,
I'm going to close this ticket because we came up with a solution to automating the process of approving new members with Power Automate. Thanks!
Hello,
I have the same issue raised in this post. I have deployed the app successfully to a Team in MS Teams using an admin account (following this guide).
The SharePoint site was created successfully and I can fully explore the app from within Teams when logged into the admin account. I was even able to modify the SP lists and other config settings with no issues. However, even though I've added other user accounts to the Champions List, both as Champions and Managers, none of them can load the app properly and it just spins the loading circle exactly as the post mentioned above.
I've tried accessing the app in both Teams desktop and web browser with my other account with the same results.
Any help troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.
