spinning blue circle during first load experience #69

When trying to add app to my left rail in Teams I get the spinning blue circle during first load experience. I have pimmed to Teams Admin, SharePoint, Admin, and Application Administrator.

If I try to add the app to a Teams/channel site, I get a message at top saying 'Welcome to the Microsoft 365 Champion Management Platform' on the left side is text "Quick Start Guide' and on the right side is the spinning blue circle. I am an owner of the Teams site.

I've tried multiple times, e.g. uninstalling the app. In SharePoint I approved the API access. As a SharePoint admin, I can create SharePoint sites.

I am working with version 1.3.0.0

Hi @dietrichmeyer, Thanks for your patience. Please try the below steps for a reinstall using an account with "Tenant admin" access: 1) Delete the app from Teams image

2) Delete 'ChampionManagementPlatform' Sharepoint site from both 'Active Sites' and 'Deleted Sites' from Share point admin center. image 3) Delete the package from App catalog 4) Wait for 15-30 mins to clear the cache related issues. 5) Re upload the package to app catalog and deploy and sync to Teams. 6) Install the APP in Teams using the same tenant admin account. Perform this step by opening Teams in browser. 7) If you see an error "An issue occurred. Try again after some time", try refreshing the app after few minutes.

Please follow the steps above and if you see any issues please share screenshots and browser console logs. Thanks.

I have a customer with this same spinning blue circle issue who followed these instructions for uploading the new version after the previous version also gave the spinning blue circle and the new version still fails to get past the first spinning blue circle. Any other suggestions?

v-saikirang sent me the email below to just reinstall, which I did and it eventually worked.

I didn’t have Tenant admin access but I did PIM to Administrator Admin, SharePoint Admin, and Teams Admin.

It got me past the spinning blue circle.
