I have validated the file and all the ID's are valid.

I am deploying the company communicator and was uploading the author file where in i got the error that the application with same app is already uploaded. I verified author app id, and it was one newly generated.
I saw that one more user was facing the same issue where in recommendation was to change the manifest file id, however after doing that it's showing a different error that We can't read the manifest file.
