Another Instance of: "failed to prepare the message for sending. the orchestrator function 'syncrecipientsorchestrator"

Hi.

I have just upgraded Company Communicator to it's latest version (5.5.2) and it stopped working. When sending a message, it stays in the state "Synching Recipients" and when checking the message details, it shows the error : "Failed to prepare the message for sending. the orchestrator function 'syncrecipientsorchestrator".:

Hi @victorsimonlee ,

• Can you please inform which was the last version of Company Communicator you were using.
• Also, please reverify [Migration Fields ](https://github.com/OfficeDev/microsoft-teams-apps-company-communicator/wiki/v5-migration-guide#upgrading-from-v5x-to-latest-version if these are correct or not.
• Also please follow Auth Issue Fix to use with new Teams

Hi @tiwariShiv7, thanks for the reply.

• the last version I was using was v5.5.
• Thanks for pointing out these migration instructions, my instance was missing that. I have then applied the changes.
• I have also just applied the Auth Issue Fix.

Unfortunately, even after applying the missing configurations above, the error persists (with the exact same error message).

Okay I have figured out my issue:

Some of the KeyVault references in the app functions were invalid, having this issue:

The fix was to:

1- Go to the app settings for all app-functions and check if any key vault references were broken (they show an error icon) 2- Update connection strings to point to the correct keys (I had to renew my keys recently, as it had expired).
