Unfortunately, even after applying the missing configurations above, the error persists (with the exact same error message).
Okay I have figured out my issue:
Some of the KeyVault references in the app functions were invalid, having this issue:
The fix was to:
1- Go to the app settings for all app-functions and check if any key vault references were broken (they show an error icon) 2- Update connection strings to point to the correct keys (I had to renew my keys recently, as it had expired).

Hi.
I have just upgraded Company Communicator to it's latest version (5.5.2) and it stopped working. When sending a message, it stays in the state "Synching Recipients" and when checking the message details, it shows the error : "Failed to prepare the message for sending. the orchestrator function 'syncrecipientsorchestrator".:
