Author application is unable to enumerate Teams in drop-down list #1576

Hi Team,

We are encountering an issue with the author application not being able to list Teams in the drop-down list under the "Send to the General channel of specific teams" or "Send in chat to members of the following teams" options.

Could we please have some assistance to troubleshoot this? I've reviewed the deployment guide multiple times and cannot find any issue with our deployment.

We also have Issue #1577 raised which could be related.

Marking as resolved, didn't realize that the user app had to be added to Teams to make use of that part of the functionality!
